Asynchronous I2S FIFO project, an ultimate weapon to fight the jitter

Hi Guys, can anyone answer some questions for me about UCPURE MKIII. @iancanada
I intend to purchase:
1 UCPURE MKIII
1 UcBalancer protection board KIT
2 EATON 3000F.
Is it necessary to also buy the Ultracapacitor Bridge KIT?

Do I need anything else to power a Raspiberry pi 5 at 5v? Or is the KIT above enough?

After assembling the KIT above, how do I charge the capacitors?
What type of source do you recommend using to charge them?
Thanks!

Please download the manual as it tells you how to power. Typically you use a laptop PSU

you don’t need the bridge kit

Hi
is it possible to run the raspberry pi 5 on 5v and the FifoPi Q7II vith a seperate 3v power supply?
They are not shearing eny power?
Thanks
Yes, the FIfoPi Q7II has an isolator onboard. It has a a dirty side that needs to get power such as 5V from the raspPi. It also has a clean side where the clocks are located that needs 3.3V preferably from a separate source than the one powering the RaspPi. Read the manual for specifics and how to accomplish the power feed to the boards.

Thanks @sa3999
I’m still burning in my build. It has been on 24hrs a day since finishing it last Sunday.
I did an A/B last night againest my A26.
Here is what I wrote a friend:
“Canada dac build is exciting and crisp
A26 smooth and I want to say more refined but not as fun. Mids and highs more forwardly presented with the Canada dac. Neither sound digital or harsh. The A26 has a hotter signal 5v vs 4v. Gives the impression that the A26 has better bass weight, but level matching leaves them neck and neck bass wise. So I think it’s now just a matter of chip preference. ESS vs AKM.”

As far as the R26 goes. IMHO the R26 is a better dac to casually listen too. It does all the right things and presents the music beautifully. Warm and airy. The R26 puts me in the candle lit jazz club with the best seats.
The ESS is just different. Technically superior, more accurate, laser precise, neutral and uncolored. It places me right next to the engineer in the Mastering Suite.

Using a laptop power supply instead of a linear power supply might not generate electrical noise that degrades the power supply quality of the UCPure MKIII?
Or does it matter if you feed the UCPure with a laptop source or a dedicated linear source?

LinearPi 5V is a good power supply, especially when works with a UcConditionerPro 5V.
Thanks @iancanada .
Thank you very much for the quick response.
In a LinearPi 5V + UcConditionerPro 5V configuration, how would you recommend powering the LinearPi?
Is it necessary to use another Linear Source for power supply or can an SMPS source be used that does not change the final result?
I have doubts about the most effective way to power this configuration since my network is 220V AC.

I use a transformer and use the AC input option and works well
