I'm using the SB Audience Rosso, I'm yet to measure it but I have no doubt that it will sound good. I haven't, as yet, removed the mesh from the exit of the CD. Mabat's idea of replacing the exit of the CD with one that matches the horn is genius but its a bit scary for someone like me that isn't very good with my hands.
Started the long process of milling all the petals today - they’re stacking up a couple at a time. I added a little flair to the back - not that visible but I think it looks nice
Removing the protective grill on the Rosso is quite easy. I just finished my custom adapter for it. If someone is interested I can post my drawing for the insert. Maybe must be slightly adjusted from printer to printer.
It will be a surround speaker with wide dispersion. Horn throat starts with 27mm dia.

How does one remove the mesh on the Rosso?

I just cutted in with something like this:

Then pull a bit and thats it. Be a bit careful...the wave-forming lens is just a few mm below.

I just registered on this forum after lurking for a while - I'm currently printing the A460G2 horns + textreme eminence compression 1.4 drivers to be combined with some open baffle 12inch woofers and hypex amplification / crossover. (think pure audio project clones)
At the moment waiting for the last two petals to come out of the elegoo but I am having trouble finding the assembly guide for the petals if anyone has that handy? I cant seem to find it on the ATH website.
Looking for what sort of glue i want / best order to assemble it all etc.

Use a slow cure glue and assemble the whole petal ring at once (I now use foaming polyurethane for wood, e.g. PRO 45P). Use the provided jig and a tape or a belt to fix it all together.Looking for what sort of glue i want / best order to assemble it all etc.
Do you have a sim?It will be a surround speaker with wide dispersion. Horn throat starts with 27mm dia.
BTW, this is a new, medium-size Tritonia kit, the "M" version (294 x 254 mm), already a pretty decent performer -

Cheers... you are using wood glue on the plastic petals? I went with PETG it sounded better than PLA 😀Use a slow cure glue and assemble the whole petal ring at once (I now use foaming polyurethane for wood, e.g. PRO 45P). Use the provided jig and a tape or a belt to fix it all together.
I also used PETG. After some research, I used cyanoacrylate (superglue) because almost every other type of glue cautioned against the use on polyethylene. I had to use filler for the gaps. I also used a 'belt' clamp to draw the petals together. The two turned out fine.
Using superglue has quite high demands on the accuracy of the printed parts and also on how they are fitted together. It can work very well, or it can easily become a nightmare. It depends.
I used a superglue on my very first build and it worked fine, although the assembly itself was a bit tedious. The second time with a larger horn I had to throw it all away. If you want to minimize such risks, do it as I said 🙂

Just measured the Rosso with the small waveguide. Unfortunately -as expected- with such small device without loading not useable below 1300hz xo. Had some hope it does not need much loading. So....next project idea.
Mabat: the Tritonia box sim is only tweeter active I assume?

What driver would you recommend with the new tritonia M waveguide and what woofer/s to pair it with? I have a couple of unused hypex fa123 plates and beginning to entertain the idea of a 2 way with CD and maybe 2 woofers then since i would have 2 woofer modules on the plate amps to use... Maybe a MTM arrangement would look pretty cool
