Thanks for all the links Zynix. Have you built any SR amps ? What's the main difference between SR amps vs AX FX or A amps?

No, im build only D14 (A100) and AX14 (no more about 120WRMS) - don't have trafo more that 42VAC for more power, and now i think to build SR250 (i have printed toner and i think build or not) or D200/500 and must have SMPS (little price about standard toroid the same power), i cloned pcb APEX SPS-1000 but i don't know is tested or not? Dont have scope yet. Im waiting for good offer (at little cost) something Analog Hameg or Tektronix.
Im only hobbyist

Any sugestion ? I must build amp too 350W RMS 8 Ohm ?

Great to hear that you like the FH9 Andrewlebon. Was it pretty easy to adjust initial bias current? Don't forget that the FH9 HV option exists if you want 50v power supplies.

Don't forget that the FH9 HV option exists if you want 50v power supplies.

Sorry I have been lazy and not updated schematic since the sim.

The main changes in implementation vs schematic is MPSA42 VBE multiplier is exchanged for BD139 as it had convenient mounting hole.

For FH9 HV change BD139 for KSC3503 (2 places) and BD140 for KSA1381 (1 place). Make sure all electrolytics and bypass caps are rated 63v or higher. For feedback shunt cap, lower 16v rating is fine, I use a 35v one there.

On Apex's Facebook page he says that is AX11. However, looks like several parts have been exchanged. That's a tiny Vbe multiplier that's hard to mount.

Andrew pcb layout is similar to Willy's and Juan's layout.

You can request sprint files from them and edit layout to to make it same size as pcb on picture.

I noticed you don't have 100pF caps next to the drivers. There was a newer version of the PCB by Sonal Kunal that had this change. You can always solder it directly to pins of the drivers. It might make it sound smoother or help ensure stability.

FH9 HV can a another pair of output hexfets be added to the existing
schematic for +/- 50 volt dc rails for 4 ohm speaker loads hexfets are
cheap
