That maybe the best solution. It might take at least another year before Apex Audio makes 50 more design 🙂

You should ask Apex Audio in his thread. I don't know this transistor but looks like good high current PNP so two could be used in a quasi complementary setup. Do a search for quasi complementary amp.

Very nice! Sounds fantastic - what speakers are those? I have been considering repurposing my old Yamaha receiver cabinet for a DIY amp. Did you run into any issue converting the Fischer cabinet? That cannot be the stock toroidal trafo. You have some serious amount of caps in there 😀

Are those the stock midrange fabric dome mids and tweeters? Nice work on custom crossover. The cabinet was repurposed and fitted with better drivers. Nice sounding though.
