8 Excel W12CY001 looking for a DIY project to fit in

So one is done, off to the next one. I wish I had added another pair of screws at the edges cos they keep warping during the print.

Definitely some work to do! I'd suggest getting a separate measurment of the tweeter and the woofers, without the xover, so we can see what is going on at the moment.

You don't need to be 1m away, to get less room interaction try 50cm on the tweeter axis. You will need to keep the mic exactly the same distance from the speaker for the tweeter and woofer measurements so the level doesn't change.

We can probably get away with the datasheet impedance but we do need acoustic measurments for each driver.

You are already measuring the speaker with ARTA. Just do the same but keep the mic at a constant distance and drive the woofers and tweeter directly from the amp with no filter network. As I said earlier be carful with the test signal not to blow the tweeter.

Invest in the license for ARTA too, or change to REW. While it is possible to execute measurements with the free version, not being able to save the impulse response is annoying in the long run.
Use some kind of turntable to measure at repeatable angles, while keeping the speaker at least 1m above the floor. Measure not only on axis, but also off axis in 10deg steps to 90deg. ARTA is a bit clumsier than REW in this department, but it's just fine.
And while we are at it, try to pay attention to your microphone stand. Ideally it causes no sound reflections cluttering measurement results. I mounted the mike on a long rod, others build sound absorbing cones around the mike to reduce the reflections from the clip and stand.
