Me!
I will relocate to the US at some point in the next few years. Maybe quite soon.
OK. Your current used housekeeping version should be pin-compatible with the newer version. But if you don't want to change the pcb: GERTH can make a 115V version of the transformer - minimum order quantity is 10 pieces - B2B only ...
BTW: I'm currently matching lateral mosfets (exc10n20, exc10p20). Is there a need for a SA2015 lateral mosfet amplifier?

You are recirculating the hot air.
Either the input to the blowers should be ducted direct to the fresh air, or the output should be ducted to the fresh air. Or both.

Thx, but there is no recirculation. Some not yet produced plastic parts (3D printer) will force the air flow. You are recirculating the hot air.

Down through the holes in the case? Or up? Both? Some not yet produced plastic parts (3D printer) will force the air flow.
Excellent enclosure!... slow progress, but progress ...

Attached more images of the side panels custom machined using my own CNC. Aluminium 12mm thick. Black anodized afterwards via S&W Eloxal services.

housekeeping circuits - new and final hardware version 4.2
... this will be the last transformer powered housekeeping variant.
Now you can choose between 230V AC or 115V AC mains voltage. The 115V variant needs a customized transformer from GERTH as shown on the pictures.

SA2015: using lateral mosfets EXC10N20 EXC10P20
No answer so far - but I'm still working on a lateral mosfet variant of SA2015. First set of PCB's arrived last week. I'm currently calculating cut off frequencies of the gate resistors. Has anybody experience how low we can go with the gate resistors using especially the EXC10N20 and EXC10P20?

P.S.: what irritates me is the same Ciss of 500pF for EXC10N20 and EXC10P20! Could this be a datasheet error?

SA2015 - 4 channel - active cooling
- Bias is very stable from cold to hot. (mV measured between TP1 and TP2)
- Active cooling works as expected.

Enclose the open areas where fan air escapes without passing along the heat sink.
The T shape at the top and probably another T shape on the bottom need to be filled in.
Or a ("n" shaped) plate from fan housing to the far end leaving a small gap to the fins but still touching the corners of the heatsink backplate.

The top/bottom fan housing is more or less formed by the case top/bottom.
What do you mean with "n"-shape? Can you send a modified picture?
I wish you another successful build!🙂... pcb test samples arrived...🙂
