Hi, anybody tested tb3 square wave performance? I get skewed output. But for sine wave not much skewed but there is a phase shift when increasing levels. It is how it is or have I done anythjing wrong?

BC516 is a Darlington BJT. On the contrary, BC556 is not. Hence, they differ in gain (hFE) a lot!
How about wiring two BC556's like shown in attached image?
