It's enough this size for cooling a channel B1200?
this is the best choice part number MF35-151.5 🙂 this is the heat sink I'm using heat sink size 350 mm x 151.5 mm

What do you think about quality, you can give a qualifier after the way it looks?
From where have you bought these?
FYI, onsemi give free samples for just 12 USD shipping. You can order 50 samples at a time limited to 5 of each type.

Fake. First and most obvious is the use of the G part #, but the non-G finish on the heat slug and the leads. In 2015 and 2018 only the G was available, and it is a dull finish, not a shiny one (which used lead solder plating). I have plenty of the old ones, but they are non-G and used the old Motorola package - these are the current Fairchild style package. The old ones used a slightly different shaped heat slug in addition to the difference in molding around the leads.
Then there is the 3 digit date code, which should be 4 digit for G parts in the Fairchild package.

I hope I don't need protective equipment

They might work alright initially... but when they will fail, no body knows.
they will work but about half the SOA because those are very vulnerable, here are the ones i have used

You can use this simple DC protection with 40A relay (12V for car)
Sir,
How much delay time has in this circuit to active relay??can I use it as soft start ??
for the coil I can use wire with diameter of 1mm?Here's the file for BA1200 Protect using NE555 IC....
Regards
Sorry, I did not understand
14-15 turns with wire 1mm?
sorry that is an American measurement of thickness of the wire 14 gauge is what I use for amplifier that produce more than 300W 14 gauge is about 1.63mm thickness turn I not sure because I don't know for what amplifier is I will say if the coil is maybe 16 turns on a former of 10 to 13 mm in diameter

I can test without amplifier?
I tested with -IN linked to GND but at the output I have no signal.
+/- 18v Voltage is ok
I'm wrong somewhere?
if you can take pictures of your build and posted here top and bottom many here got good eyes and they can help you 🙂
check traces
check components pins
check if you might have fake
