Well... if your mightyness releases this into the wild—I for one will be capturing it IMMEDIATELY—don't care if it's balanced or not (I'm not ;-).

YUP. I'd hang that on my wall just like that—don't even need to listen to it.
Pft.... I got a couple of CJ tube preamps.. they both have a LIGHT that tells me they're warming up.
Now, I tell you about the kiss... from the back of the caboose.

source -SE-> Iron Pre Bal - bal-> BA 3 -bal-> dueling bridged F4 amps.
Just in case, I got a pair of very cheapy Elac entry level speakers... paid like 140 new, on sale, at Amazon.

This thing took almost three years from the first thoughts to the completion. Well, almost, I haven't yet hooked it all up the Maggie 1.7s.
I'm thinking perhaps of running the F4s in parallel too.. My CJ preamp has the swing but it's 20V, so likely too much to drive the BA-3 and why mess with the Iron Pre then? Seems like I won't get more voltage, just more current.
If only I had a vacuum tube SE->Balanced....
In any how, now I'm set to compare the A5 and F4, mano a mano...

ZM, do you prefer the "L" variety of Cinemag in this case? Or just have them on hand...? I'm going to get a couple.. I know it's been debated... just curious if you have a preference...
