every things be good..but when power on for 3 to 5 second i have hom noise and pop up!!
please help me...i check circuit step by step..i cant fix this..

I couldn't fix it either. I used a speaker protection with a delay to solve it. I never installed it into a case. Too many amps.
You must add overload detect circuit if you want use DC555 proect with A40, like this for SR300.

i made veryy amp such as holton 400 watt ....but i dont any problem

i bealeave that when one people make a diy amp....that must be work properly...with no problem's .....because i expend my time's and my money.....now i not happy with fh11....wish i made another holton 400watt ...
I have connected as in the drawing😕
now it's too late to make changes
It remains like DC and thermal protection

I recently built up a new design amp.
It had dc instability but I just put it down to having extra driver transistors.
In the end it was bad current source resistor ! I only found it by accident when I varied its value a bit to try to make it more stable.
I replaced the resistor and it is now very stable.
Very nice! Love the clear top to show off the DIY. Need some better speakers for such a fine amp.
I'm not crazy about the metal speaker jacks. I used them before and blew the outputs when a misplaced piece of metal fell on them and shorted them.
Fuego, very good looking amp, but have you maybe thought about ventilating holes in the top of the cover ?😉
