TGM8 - my best amplifier, incredible bass, clear highs, no fatigue (inspired by Rod Elliot P3a)

NMOS: the solid state relay FETs aren't very critical and I expect any of the modern versions (i.e. low Rds on, < 50mR) will do just fine in this spot. The data sheet for the 2nd one you posted looks fine to me.

Capacitor: It's a compact board, generally you'll need to stick to the prescribed sizes. Maybe a different brand, look at Panasonic for example.
