Ranchu32, thank you.
Bigun, thank you for your kind offer. I'm still going through Mouser catalog. Lets see if I can manage.

If you manage to come up with a Mouser BOM it may be helpful for others if you don't mind posting it to the forum. Maybe combine it with my BOM by adding another collumn to it so there's a single document that can be downloaded.

You read my mind.

Working on it! 🙂You read my mind.
We need an equivalent N-Ch Mosfet. Please see if the one I chose is suitable:

Thanks
Edit: There are several possibilities, this one is less expensive: http://www.mouser.com/ds/2/302/PSMN016-100XS-353488.pdf
Is it good?

Other issue: The Nichicon HE 470uF 16V is out of stock at Mouser. There is a stocked one that only differs in diameter: 10mm vs 8mm. Is it OK?

NMOS: the solid state relay FETs aren't very critical and I expect any of the modern versions (i.e. low Rds on, < 50mR) will do just fine in this spot. The data sheet for the 2nd one you posted looks fine to me.
Capacitor: It's a compact board, generally you'll need to stick to the prescribed sizes. Maybe a different brand, look at Panasonic for example.

Can I change R1, R39 to 820 Ohms
R5 to 61.2 Ohms
R14, R18 to 4K42 or 5K (so to be 400mW) ?
I can do this changes or go for thick film. What do you prefer?

Hi,
I already solved all the issues (expect for my doubt about non-inductive resistors).
All resistors are 250 mW, thin film, 1 or 0.1%, except R14 and R18 which are thick film 660 mW.
Please see the attached BOM.

R30 and R31 are Wirewound 0R33. Shouldn't they be non-inductive?
To be honest I've never really worried about that - anybody else have thoughts on this ?
Not sure whether you'd hear a difference. I've used non-inductive types on current-to-voltage converters before, which sounded great, but that's a critical position and the resistors can be as much as $10 each(!), unless you wind your own......
Don't we risk oscillation with inductive wirewounds?
Bigun, why did you choose CDE 85C for C21-24?

Nope, they work fine.
Bigun chose those caps because they had the right footprint and were economical. Buy whatever 22mm diameter and 10mm pin pitch caps you can find.

We could use, as an option, Nichicon FW 6800uF. They're 22 mm footprint.
Revised BOM
Hi,
I realised 3 parts were out of stock at Mouser so I made corrections for these parts. I attach the revised BOM.
Thank you.

Hi Bigun,
I noticed there a few resistor values that differ from schematic and BOM. Is it OK to use either values?
