My FR10HM corner-ceiling-floor-array

Pink noise. By my laptop 😉 still, I think it looks like 3db/oct? Baffle just leaned into the cabinet. Sound is not awful 🙂

Today some tweaking. The baffles are still only "leaned" into the cabinets so no bass but some resonance? Still very positive!! Measurements in listening position.

A protective layer of paint on the cabinets to keep the damp out of the MDF. Hopefully I can "seal the deal" in a few days. Longing to hear them in a closed box.

The rise of the Visaton lines. Impression later after revised EQ. Feels good. Can't get them all way into the corner due to mains installation. Need a certified friend to remake that...

Ha ha sounds you have great mood there even after reporting leakage and we are sinking, thanks for that : )

If you still have some of those plastic cups from baffle casting suggest fill some with bear and call a friend that is certified to remove those mains installation and repair the leakage and BTW have best fun and weekend.

the song of 144 metallic wings....

The driver has these wings for mounting and when as I have done, mounted from the front, the sit there and sing their high Q song. To be fixed. As well as the long gaps beside the baffles meeting the cabinet. This will probably elevate this to even higher stratosfärs 🙂

I hope you'll find a suitable solution. Most of the fun is just starting out, much more to come I'm sure...
Now you know why I have a gazillion bolts holding my baffle 🙂.
What is the seal between the baffle and the enclosure? Butyl rope is good stuff!
You'll find a way I'm sure. There's a lot of potential in these speakers!
