UcD Xlite Fullbridge PCB and Schematic

Nice work Norazmi
Good to see you here also.
Your core 3.3cm single will allow output appx 400W max. Use double core will allow output up to 1000W easily.

Discrete version is UcD.
So actually it has very different color. Both are OK

hello kartino, yes its T106-2 im ordered from micrometal, yeah the core limit power is approx 400w for that size lol. i like the discrete one but im lazy to put component lol, simple like ir2110 also make me almost blur on my eyes hahaahha.. yes this amp very stable, need to have right core right winding to get correct uH, and yes i use irfp260n btw its not good enough mosfet for the quality, for PA is good enough for me. Btw you make really good amp, i like it.

Hello Mr katrino and all
i have lots of iron powder cores t130-10(black core) , retrieved from old big power supply. how many turns do I need to turn to use them in this amp, also do I need to cut a gap in the core ?
I plan to use with irfb42227 +/-75vlts at 2ohms load

will the black core work?

black no, i think black one maybe same as t106-26, stewin u need lcr meter, it cannot be done like guess in class d, i mean u cannot get full power in guess situation, to make it operation maybe yes but not the power you are talking about. if im refer to t130-26 the turn will be 17 for 22uh,
Core info T130-26 yellow.

Outside Diameter: 33.02 mm
Inside Diameter: 19.812 mm
Core Thickness: 11.176 mm
Usable frequency range: 0 to 1 MHz

if i cut 1mm at the black core ? i see people using the black core in irs900d and that amp uses +/-90v :yes:

you dont have ferrite stewin?

i have some etd 39ferrite cores, i want to use them in smps former only .
also last time i used e ferrite cores in hi power classd, i doubted them cause it is hard to put a gap also making it stable etc :confused:

i have over 10pieces of t130-10 black cores lying around please help out can they work?

the pictures below a person is using the black core in irs 1500 and ucd lina

im not sure what is black material was, im searching on the net cannot find out what is that, if u take out from power supply from secondary side for example welder machine etc, it must be iron powder like 26 material and it cannot stand of 200-400 khz fsw, it will be heat but you can try it out powering it at any class D let see whats going on, i cannot guess lol sorry about that.

i took it from a big power supply for a big photo copier machine . it was on the primary side
right after the bridge diode, it was stuck together two black core and was used as inductor , maybe for pfc inductor :D
