This Thread is old and Veteran did delete some older files on the server. His old webpage did also moved and so.....the files are not accessible here.
But you can find all files by googeling in the Net. No biggy and if so...well...forget it!

Its 8 Euro/each. If you take at least 3 then you will get a rebate.

dunno if this the appropriate place for this post , has anybody had a look at maxims MAX5440 .. it seems to be a good IC for using as a volume control and has rotary encoder interface too..I have a few samples but I wanted some advice before I go ahead and design or do something ?

I managed to get again 5 pieces because this chip is awesome much easier to control and better audio performance than newer designs. Just my 2 cents. I used 3 in a new design and the other 2 are for sale.

i vahe a problem. when i connect 2x20 display in program mode i get after menu setting displays Display type: 2x16 and it stops, how to run it?
From programming instructions:
