I don't see any problems, at this point.
Do you have a split supply that you could use for low-voltage rail supply?

Reinstall one pair of rectifiers. You can just solder them to the tops of the pads so they're easy to remove if they need to be removed again.
Is it possible that you have a solder bridge on the driver board or have installed a transistor in the wrong location?
Is it still going into protect?

Right now it's very late, so tomorrow I will go thru the driver card checking for bridges and if transistor locations are correct as I did take pictures before doing the transistors
+1 for taking photos. Very few will do it in any useful way. Getting them to take notes and voltage readings... VERY few will do that. Let us know what you find.
I am very confused, it powers on, no DC on the terminals
Measured with ground on battery for now, but one side has switching on the output gate, other doesn't seem to have any (no signal)

Other side gate:

Output seems to have a small triangle wave at 72khz, same freq as the 1 output fet
Edit:
I don't get how it generates this on the output terminals

When measured with the black on source, gate looks like this

With ground on battery -
Driver chip pin 7:
No signal:

Driver chip pin 1:
No signal:

Edit2:
The output FETs on 1 side get warm, I'd say like 30c, other side stays cool

Some look OK.
I'm only interested in waveforms that are gate to source. Post one of each bank. 5v/div, DC coupling, 5us.

Are all of the gate resistors and output transistors original values?
When you said you have FETs heating, are all in the same bank heating evenly?
