oh thanks sir . i will have escaped buspumping and other issues .
i have irfs 4227 that is what i will be working with .
i am working on the protection .i will post progress .

hi all i have used this schematic with success at +/-85vlts at 2ohms irfb4227 with success i wanted to use high voltage +/-120vlts with irfb4229 with a 4 ohm load is it possible????
I have something faster if you like.
I make this as I am not happy with the output of two legs of resistor under LTP 😀
ltspice file is attached in the PDF also.

And I have tried 110Vdc with 4229. It is working but hotter. It is not recommended for heavy loading for long term.
This is really promising! With this and some SiC MOSFETs one can make a simple and enormously powerful amp with very high quality.
Hello Pafi
greetings can you suggest some good powerful high voltge mosfets for
this driver chip

Hello Pafi
greetings thats true class d has become more interesting

just curious - what do you consider untrue class-d?
Hello gentlemen I made a re-drawing for the AU600 and mister manoj send me the schematic and I notice just a few changes on the older PCB layout what I did is fallow the Rev 3 and go from there, and from the schematic I notice some components that were not present on the older layout PCB but they are in SMD to bottom PCB and what I did is to give them some room to place regular through hole components, this has the Coil Craft coil but I can also modified to get the regular T106-2 also, I will leave images here so I really appreciate if some that has build already can see if there is any bug or errors "do not mind about the coil it can be changed later" 🙂 the other image grey color is for you to see with the silkscreen so no hidden connections , well I will continue here checking the layout still and lastly I found space for some of the LED's but there is one that might be difficult for me to place it is a blue LED SMD that is close to 74HC04 I will try to figure out where I can placed 🙂

Hello
greetings want to ask something maybe its a foolish question do any class d amps
work on a h class step supply and if they work what advantge is there forgive me
for my ignorance just an idea
warm regards

Andrew,
There are some kind of multi-level PWM amps operated from multiple rails, they are used for driving motors at power level of some or many MWs, or generating 50/60 Hz on the output side of HVDC transmission lines (I guess).

Hi Andrew,
I designed one with same transformer (use doubler ckt)
LV supply +/-45V HV supply +/- 87V. Upper rail switched with IRF9140 and lower rail IRF140

I have a question mister manoj, the power supply circuit this one you see (green) has DC protection or just a soft star circuit time delay seconds for the SPK out ? on lastly I made the updates from the AUD600 circuit you send me and it was difficult for me to find space for the components but I was able to do so, yesterday I forgot to add the 470nF 400V caps and now is on the PCB I think this will be a great project for me 🙂
