Hi Manoj
greetings already amp is playing on 140 volts dc +/-
i will post pics of working amp any more powerful fets with higher rails
warm regards
andrew lebon
but IRFP23N50 is divested....
How about
IRFP4868 is only 300V but powerful
do you share your changes in AUDamp for 140 V DC
Thanks,i would want a smps design which is 90v 2000w or around that+40V 0v -40v / 10A SMPS For Power Amplifier post#9
Hi PetruV
greetings i have not finished the pcb layout as the core i am using is small for 130
volts dc+/- for my dclass amp if you are new to smps please make the smps from the link above i dont think there is a more EASY smps than this for first smps it can be made on
dot pcb i used IRF460 for fets 15 volts dc can be modified easier if you want so my sincere advice make this smps any help you need will be extended to you just start this smps
warm regards

Hi NMOS,
AUD600, no issues it will start at very low signal input and no noise low temp at full drive and good sound.

Hi MANOJ
Im a little confused, have only REV 3.0 schematic but its not complete
can you send me the rest by email phoonpool@googlemail.com
there is Bias + and - and S
how much Volt for + and -
for what is S ?

Hi NMOS,
BIAS (+) is +12V
BIAS (-) is -VE Supply rail
BIAS (S) is OC Protect sense/signal.

I think you have only AMP schematic.if you need a power side schematic then i will send

Hello
greetings is it possible to drive more than 2 pairs of IRFP4768 from IR2010 without using totem configuration

No don't use it without totem pole even in 1 pair and 150kHz sw. freq, IRFP4768 has high Qg, which translates to high dissipation in mosfet gate driver. Read AN-978, there's a calculation for the approximate power dissipation for the gate drive IC.
Also IR2010 has 200V max of Voffset, "ideally" you can only run it with +-100V rails.

Lester

Some PA Manufacturer using IR2010 and drive 2 pair IRFP250N without totem pole. Does it mean this design is not good ?
How about IR2110 driving without totem pole 1 pair FDP51N25 or 2 pair IRFP 250n is it possibile with 400 khz ?

Yes I need power side schematic. Can you share and send by email to

Qg, gate resistor and switching frequency primarily determines the dissipation. As long as the junction temp of the driver IC is maintained below 125 deg C, I think there wouldn't be a problem.
Adrew its possible 3 pairs 4768 but osc frq max 50khz (sub bass 20-5000)response see class d card amp powers monoblok
Hi Exflaco
greetings i am looking at a schematic 5 pairs irf4768 driven from IR2010

This is circuit wrong(fake) ?hi diyers
greetings has anyone built this amplifier with success
feedback would be greatly appreciated
thanking you
