I also noticed that when you measure the voltage in post #489, the black probe is not on the ground trace.

The diodes in the last photo are not connected in series. One needs to be 1 diode turned on the other way around.
But I can’t say which one, since the photo is very close and the rest of the details are not visible. 🙂
