Depends on your current demand, chassis, chassis impedance, desired SPL and efficieny of your speaker cabinet.
my bad. i mean search ebay for:

I should be able to get 1000w for the same cost as two more LRS-350-48s
And as cacao ambiance mentions a quick google brings up tips on how to hack them to work. Seems people are using them as battery chargers.
I assume they are pretty clean output because of their intended use in servers?

Hi, mates. It is me again from Ukraine. Just got back my tpa3255 from repair. It cost me 8$chip and extra 10$ for work, i wad lucky to find local guy who did it work again. He told me the most possible reason could be static thunder during switching due non isolated switch from the supply rails. He advised me first touch antenna metal before touch the item. Keep in mind this device engineering fault . He also found one channel was not damaged but due one of them was fault / master the second chanel wouldn't start.
Anyway I am listening amp now and it delivering rather tight sound level even with 19V/7 A power supply adaptor.
Just for your reference I now having double chip tpa3116 board, tda7499 and this tpa3255. They are listed in increasing order of terms of sound quality for my personal preferences. Without doubt tpa3255 even in my simple design board YIAMA deliver pleasant sounds. I also got MARANTZ SR6400 for a while to compare 110w/8hom 0,003%distortion and found tpa3255 almost equal in direct mode with no heating up like this 15 kg monster. And yes I would recommend DAC I am using now :AIYIMA HIFI аудио ES9028Q2M SA9023 USB worth 20$ and you will hear the difference after pcm2704 for sure. Good stuff with no drivers for Windows xp, android, even tv box xmini96 got it vis usb p- audible difference for youtube comparing with buildin dac.

yea. I’ve not noticed any noise when powering a power amp from it.
i use it instead of a battery. so i have a dc-dc boost converter already with amp to give it best voltage it needs. the 48v for tpa3255.
i would not get a bunch of those server power supply's and try and wire them up to get 48v. It’s a risky hack. hmm is a sure 500w or unknown 1500w dc-dc boost converter converter and a cheap server power supply cheaper in total, than the LRS-350-48?
Note that these server power supply's tend/are to be 12v high current.
I have got new/other unused meanwell 24v, few hundred watt power supply cheap cus there where left over from a job and the guy was selling the spears cheap on ebay. I think they where used for leds but they where a plain constance voltage and Constant Current power supply. not used it much if at all...? i forget. seams fine. was new in box.

one server power supply i got was broken. the ferrite was snapped in pieces inside. opened it up and took photo. the ebay seller refunded me then. before i wasnt sure if it was something i had done wrong. not wired it up right maybe... but that lose bit inside was not right. if it doubt open it up and see if there fault. get a refund 🙂.
on my good dps power supply, I soldered thick flexible earth cable we got from skip years ago. with a xt90 power plug on end of cable.

yes for all boards be aware of your "body static" energy!- i use at my working place a ESD underlay with a bracelet to avoid static influence during working.

What size output core will be good for pre-filter mono configuration of tpa3255? Expected output power is 350 watts. I have source for micrometals -2 material cores. Will T94-2 be good or smaller size will be sufficient?
