Just added. As Olivier said, you need 2 daughter board.
I have not added the adapter board, I think you don't have any problem using your customized XO adapter. But if not so, please add yourself the adapter board to the list.

Yes, SMA on both side.

There could be a third option, a variation of the first: the same of the first option but using four separate regulators (+15V/+3V3 for each XO) instead of the power supply taken from the daughter board, soldering them directly to each XO via pin strips.
In this way all is local, but you need 4 regulators with a size that fits to the XO, like the expensive Tentlabs Shunt. Unless you do not want to cut the 4 regulators starting from 2 daughter board.

R2, what variation for final value should we expect?

R6 / R7... quality?? Again make example please...

I see a SMA connector on clock board that I don't believe you have shown a schema with?

Aren't those crystals going to cost a lot of $/£ / Eur, have a long lead, and have a very high minimum order?

I requested an 11.2896Mhz OCXO quote from a Crystal manufacturer . Surprisingly they have come back and given a £200 per unit price and 20 week lead time.

Phase noise:-

-100dBc/Hz @ 10Hz
-130dBc/Hz @ 100Hz
-140dBc/Hz @ 1kHz
-145dBc/Hz @ 10kHz

There is a ocxo product with stat's below spec'd at 1Hz but if the above is quoted at that unit price I think below might be a tad expensive to make in odd frequencies.

Close-in phase noise at 5.0MHz
<-123 dBc/Hz @ 1Hz
<-140 @ 10Hz

In this case, if you would use external regulators you don't need any daughter board.
Or you can take out four separate regulators and two rectification/filtering by cutting two daughter board, as in the attached image.
