The dahlias are potted up -- it was nice to see them budding out. Calla lillies are getting started in pots.
Yesterday was the first day since November that i didn't have to wear a base-layer for biking!

Not an expert myself, either, but if it's on the internet it must be true (for someone)

A little more general and anal than I'm comfortable with. If, for example, someone really served Cedric Bouchard NV at 6°C, I'd punch them in the pants.
Forecast has nothing below 36F (2C) for the next ten days and temps from 56 (13C) to 73 (23C) during the days. I think I'll stick a thermometer in the ground and think about planting the rest of my garden.

I have been travelling the past 3 days. We stopped overnight at a hotel Wednesday and I went outside to fetch something from the car. I thought it was rather cold outside, so I checked the local weather on my wife's phone. This is a picture of the screen. I'm not in Florida anymore.

26 degrees Fahrenheit, Celcius or Kelvin? 😀Warm front moved in. 26º right now.
Overhere: 12C (284K) so no chance at all to see some super-conductivity :[

Back in Florida.....90+ F (33C) every day for the past week. 90+% humidity creates a "heat index" of about 96 or 97F. I'm headed back north in about a week. Time for the Dayton Hamfest.

285 and a little.
(better keep it simple next time)
Currently 53F (11.7C), we have had a cold front move thorugh and it was down in the high 30s (2-4C)for a couple of nights. High today 68F (20C), but it is supposed to warm back up around 80F (27C) in a couple of days.
Nice gardening weather.

There's far too much boasting about nice weather this is about the cold, unless your suffering like I myself from what mah nature continues to dish us out please refrain from posting 😛
My wife keeps turning the thremostat (Air Conditioning) down to 68F(20C) and the house is cold when I get home. It's cold.
🙄
Still cold and rainy but relief is on its way, I think. I got my bike out it felt not bad, two days later look what fell on the cover. I went riding anyways, and caught a cold that lasted about two weeks. As long as you guys are going to brag Ill supply the ambient mini violin 😛

At one of the Wall St. firms i worked for, the partner in charge of the fixed income division had the thermostat placed near his desk so he could turn it down in the summer. He said it made the girls "perkier".

Keep riding friend. Being outside is the best way to avoid a cold, no matter the weather. Inside is where you catch colds.

So he liked keeping the office "nippy" ....... 🙂
I also hit 33C today, outside on my deck, in the shade.
