Frikadeller
Wuster, Maggi, tomato sauce or even mustard, take your pick.
Of course they are just fine on their own.😎
Eric.
What, no WS in there? Sacrebleu!

Garlic - Yechhhh.
Hmmmm, I usually use minimal if not zero condiments.
Good natural ingredients don't need embellishment to my taste, but yes a little extravagance is ok from time to time.
Call it plain cooking, but that is what my system prefers.

Had chicken feet once at a dinner in Beijing...as the lazy susan spun them into view I didn't recognize what I was looking at and loaded a couple onto my plate. I attacked the 1st one to discover a texture I could only describe as being fan belt-like and as I watched the person seated next to me pick one up I only then recognized what it was. My 1st and last chickenfoot appetizer!
So I came home with:
Gotta love your sense of adventure.
Here in Europe gizzards were common when grandma was young, but not anymore. Never stopped me from trying (I'm 29).
I find chicken feet are scary until you've actually had one :-D
Curious what you'll come up with.

Not scary...just awfully hard to chew and devoid of anything, once chewed, that I'd like to swallow.🙄
That looks food. Is that gnocchi I see in there?
we call them 'flour dumbling'
but gnocchi ?
I didnt know
nice tip, thanks
while you are cooking, here's a humble onion soup
onions, onions, lots of onion
olive oil, white pepper
and well cooked, an hour or more
white pepper
very very little curcume or curry, for the yellow
finished with seperated egg, stirred with salt
a little butter
and done
and bread, ofcourse 🙂
if there's an Italian word, I would like to know that one too ?
