Taramps Smart 3k 5v issue

It looks newer/cleaner than the other ones.

Other side of r1 connects to emittor of q22

Remove it and repost the DC voltages on all 3 terminals of Q21 and Q22.

Keep checking and rechecking Q21 and Q22 until you repeatedly get consistent voltages. THEN post the values.

If a voltage is changing, keep the meter on the terminal until the value stabilizes.

So if it's dropping or rising I should wait until it stops completely ?

Don't wait for a week but wait 20-30 seconds. The voltage should remain very nearly steady at that point. If not, make a note of it.
