My big boxes will have corner inserts. Just 3/4" hardwood that will be rounded over with a router. The unskilled version of yours.

How did you make the curve on the front baffle?

The curve was made by first making a 10 degree cut using a table saw on either side of the front baffle lengthwise. This took care of most of the material that had to be removided, then i used a belt sander to curve the front baffle and ensured consistency using a template cut at a 36" radius.

It took me about 4-6 hrs a baffle (pefecting), i went from the belt sander, to a palm sander, to hand sanding. Because the speakers were going to be clear coated, any variation in angle was going to be quite visible.

The box is 1.5" on all sides, with internal bracing and damping.

Details. What drivers are you using?

The wood work is fantastic. High gloss polish is so reveling of any errors yet you dared to use it. Fantastic work.

It will be an active ystem driven by SET amps I'm building .
