Good catch but I think you have the numbers swapped back to the way it is now. As it is the feedback is positive. I'm sure Apex built it the right way or it wouldn't work.
i am in a process of ordering parts for this amplifier,that is why i am anoying...
AC voltage after rectification you can go with 40V AC after rectification 56V DC with filter cap will increase to 60 +/- is 3 pairs so about there even with 38V AC will also work I did tested many times on simulation sorry for the bad drawing 😛
