Spooky and Hellraiser SMD 60W amps (Wolverine compatible IPS)

You should be fine using the spooky BOM, the transistors between the various boards are essentially the same, only the topology being different.
With no proper schematics and BOM can make it difficult for someone to gather enough information to populate the board.

Thanks for the transistor list, extremely helpful.

As for the rest of the components caps and resistors I have a few questions,

With the capacitors I was thinking C4,C5 and C9 these https://www.mouser.co.uk/ProductDetail/KEMET/C1206C104K1RAC7867?qs=HwP6sGvP66Zs23oA/PYFtg==

Capacitor C3 this one https://www.mouser.co.uk/ProductDetail/KYOCERA-AVX/12063C225K4Z2A?qs=U/DGNQcZ28qtz%2BVpOZ%2Bu2Q==

C6 and C7 this type https://www.mouser.co.uk/ProductDetail/Vishay-Vitramon/VJ1206A101JXEAT?qs=RFK7ThnmtPvk1pY6DbPviw==

Which type would be the best to use for C2?

What wattage of resistors would be used? I've noticed the Spooky Bom specs 1/8w ones? As the pads for R20 is larger would this be higher wattage?

I bought from mouser and element14 and used whatever they have to offer.
For C
C3 C4 C5 C9 = x7r type your choices are fine.
C2 C6 C7 C0G type

For R
Small pad
I use mix of 0805 thin film and 0102 MELF. 0102 MELF type has higher wattage. You can find cheaper house brand from element 14.
Big pad I use 0204 MELF you can use 1206 film type.

Oh, I see, I needed to upload the entire zip from here as-is. I zipped up the gerbers directory and it was not happy with that.

Alternatively, maybe the linux zip program makes something nonstandard. Anyway, if you upload the entire .zip file provided by OS, it will work.
