Are you referring to the six pairs idea or are you talking about the shortened 3 pairs boards that some have made on their own? Most just take the 5 pairs board and only populate the center and outer pairs for a 3 pairs board. A three pairs board laid out like the current 5 pairs board OS has done with the outer pairs moved to the ends of the board and compacted would be a nice addition.

Has OS thought about going larger than 5 output devices on his OPS?
That would be interesting, more POWER.

Thanks to everyone for their help and patience. This has been one of the toughest work weeks I have ever had.....we delivered over $300,000 worth of cabinetry last week. The installers are getting rolling and I will be able to breath again by this coming week.

You could build a five pairs board with the MT-200 output devices and get plenty of power. How much power are you looking for? Much more than this and I have a feeling you are going to have real problems with thermal dissipation from all those devices or the heatsinks better be huge. Perhaps you should be looking at a class-D amp if you need mega watts of power?
