3D printing has its place. A shielded enclosure isn't suited to it. You would need a ferrous material, hard as heck so you could drill and tap it. The cost would be stupid high.
The goo for my custom insulators was $300 a litre 5 years ago, high loss in the printing process. It was repairing a bad design done in the 1970's, so no other options. 3D printing for me was the best option.

I don't like the screws on the outer enclosure. So that's why I thought to make a 3D print something like this below (it's just a draft file without any ventilation). It's very hard for me to make something like this in metal, and also outsourcing this will triple the cost. So I think I will go back to the modushop encloser for the safer side.🙂
Just make sure you can service it.
I see stuff often enough where most of the labour is in accessing the problem area instead of just fixing it. Often too, the cosmetics are the root of overheating. So balance the cosmetics against practical considerations.

Hi. Planning a new boxing for my FSP pcb version. Is it still 36 vac / 30 va and the raw dc board that is the recommended or has there been any development on that one (besides there came an Ultra version)?

Relax that to 33VAC because most 36VAC trafos tended to go above nominal on most grids.
Thanks. The Guide 7 BOM says single 36 v or dual 18, but the Pic 2 schematic shows dual 36. Besides going down in voltage, what do you recommend as trafo config?
Here’s my old raw. Looks just like I experimented with just taking the voltage down, I don’t remember, life came in between. I used dual single 18 in series because that’s what I had around apparently. So one dual secondaries 33 VAC 60 VA, to not take up so much space, is that a go? I might order for a future UFSP and some other stuff to.

Thanks. The ones I ordered from the same series before had a shield between primary and secondary, but I’ll recheck! This is Audio Grade. There is also Supreme Aduio Grade V2 with external metal housing but thats upping the price considerably. Nice to look at however 🙂. Ideally I’d have one raw PSU for both FSP and future UFSP.

What’s the current to check raw voltage to per board (sorry prolly for the gazillionsth time)?
Is a short as possible length of the DC wire running between UBiB and phono board critical and would shielding be beneficial if the length of the cable needs to be say 15 cm?If its for LOMC or MC or even HMC cart the input wire length for pF is irrelevant. Due to such carts have low inductance and they won't resonate. If its for MM you want to keep pF in check. Both for the TT incoming wires capacitance vs length as long as to a lesser extent for the internal run.
