In all the pictures of your board that you post the LED is never on. Is that because the the board is not powered?
Ok but note that the LED down by the large two way connector is connected to the done pin. If it isn't on the device isn't configured.
So where are we at right now, still troubleshooting?
Seems to me we were last trying to verify if PCM I2S signals were making it to the simple DSD converter board. Basically, we wanted to verify incoming LRCK, BCLK, DATA, and also MCLK. If they are good then we need to see if DSD_ON and MUTE are both working. That still in the works?

Do you have a PCM DAC with i2s input? If so, the simplest way, and to get around whether you're getting the osciloscope measuring correctly, to check if you have valid PCM arriving at the convertor board is to plug in the PCM DAC and try it.
Maybe so, but there is something to be said for developing good skills with a scope. Sometimes it can be quicker and easier than hooking up a dac. And what if the dac doesn't play? Probably back to the scope then...
Hey guys, thanks for comments, today time to check with the scope with MCLK connected from Cronus to Amanero, at the last 3 pics with mesurements not connected so was the reason no signals.
Well time passed and flashed the Amanero USB-I2S for "no slave" to feed directly the pcm2dsd without the Cronus, now I listen music without the Cronus so only the Amanero & the low pass filter. I guess If I use pcm2dsd that will be not necessary the LPF right?

No progress yet Felipe, I have the PCB but waiting for the FPGA to arrive.
If I have time tomorrow I will connect the pcm2dsd to the Amanero to know if works without the Cronus.
Pcm2dsd works ok with Amanero without Cronus, sounds better coverting pcm to dsd than Daphile player. Next time connect the Cronus re-clocker.
I need to know if the pcm2dsd incorporates a low pass filter? To know if I can ride off mine pasive 4th order low pass filter.
Impedance depends on temperature and current, but the variation is far less than the tolerance in Spartan6 datasheet: typ. 50 ohm, min. 21 ohm, max. 96 ohm.
