2SA1306/2SC3298. If you use +/-48V DC rail voltage, BD243C/BD244C or TIP33C/TIP34C can replace MJEs.

ONsemi make MJE15032/3 and MJE15034/5 that are close equivalents to MJE15030/1
Don't let the 4A max rating of the newest (34/5) bother you, they perform better at 4A than the 8A types can manage at 4A.

I am from India and living in a small village there is no big electronics shop near by me if i want to get those transistors i have to go 450Km from my place thats why i told it is very difficult to find them

Any 100V; 1,5A TO220 drivers available in your place can be used with single pair 2N3773 on +/-48V

You need MIC preamp

or some mixer with MIC input.
With two pairs of 2N3773 you can get about 150W on 4R load +/-56V DC rail voltage.
u can use 2n3773 as o/p devices ,,,, and 2sa1943/2sc4793 as drivers ...... if that is nt available last option will be to use BD139/BD140 but supply voltage has to be restricted ....And as per I know o/p wattage will be higher than mosfet o/p stage... although increase in wattage is marginal
