Ranjit, did you never have the red line problem? I found that after 15 mins of use when I fist got it thast all it would do. Have any ideas as to whats going on because the projector is done and all but i always get this red line!..agghh, and i also need a new lens, what one are you using (have a link) that would be great if I could get this thing working again. Many thanks.
...just saw the last post there...i might sell it to ya, if thast what you want.

depends on the size of the screen n ur handyness with a wrench or some kind of tool which can rip out the mechanical parts of the projector, if ur screen is like 3" ur fine u can make a little room and add it in but if its like 6 or 8 then u need 2 make a new box for it n just take the projects parts n rebuilt em in the new box

But since the lens were made for that certain size of screen, moving them will result in a crappy distorted picture. I made my first projector with a "hip Gear" ps2 lcd controller and a slide projector. Loved it, but the picture was mediocre. I decided to buy a ps1 lcd hoping to get better picture, and still use the same parts as in my hip gear but the lcd would not work with the projector because the lens cant focus all of that picture and display it on a wall properly.

true, at the end of its life I was using a small pot light, like one of those you see in display cases. It was 40W and created little to no heat so I had no use for the fan. It was great, untill I droped it when puting it up on a shelf. Oh well.
