Thanks! I didn't know I could buy these from EUVLs site... will be using this for my next builds.
If you'r getting antsy, and you have the materials. take a shot at DIYing your PS PCBs. I used some auto body repair leftovers to make fiberglass boards and just sprayed them with flat black paint. Could have used perfboard but didn't like the appearance. I covered the cloth/resin/bondo sandwitch with Saranwrap and clamped it between two pieces of plywood then trimmed the excess. I'm making another set (copy of Peter Danilels board) for a Burning Amp project this weekend. Beats waiting fro the mailman.🙂

I've used plexiglass before. Obviously care is needed in soldering but it can look cool. Your board certainly IS cool Bob.
Hey U, good to hear from you. It's a good economical method particularly if you have the stuff around the house. If not, kits like these from local auto stores can make a lot of custom PCB/boards.
Fiberglass Kit.
Fiberglass Kit.
You know what? I bet the fiberglass resin is all you need. Just put down some silicone (was just talking about this in another thread) in a box and then push maybe a board into the silicone. Then let the silicone harden, remove the board, pour resin into the mold and wait an hour. Voila! A nice flat board.
I'd put at least some thin webbing in the mix. Resin alone can crack like peanut brittle. 😉 If you make it thick enough that may not be necessary,
😀 Being a FORD man, I never could figure out a good use for a Vette. Thanks,😀
Lol
Thanks Bill,
Might consider coating the bottoms with something to eliminate a shock hazard, but haven't needed to so far.

For those who might be interested in the PCB construction process, here is a link to a new thread on the subject.
