be aware these are no pin for pin compatible, so the japanese transistors are all center pin collector, while the europeans have the center pin base. the zetex transitors are a bit more rugged.

I can't find GR class available.
I have ksa992f,ksc1845f hfe=370.
992,1845 have the collector in the centre,so you need to place mirrored.
I just see cllector current for the 992 is 50mA only when 1015 is 150mA.

strange, ztx690B is in stock at rs-components spain. sometimes rs-components does assign stock to some countries only. things should be easier since finland has joined nato

I personally prefer the ZTX series for the gate drive as they are more rugged. the others are not critical.
the IGBT looks OK with respect to switching times, fast so less losses.

Unfortunately,today i had a phone call inform me that ONLY one piece of IGBT IRG4PC30U available..
So back to compatibility.

can't find any difference. the Rohm devices have a lower Vsat than the infineons (lower dissipation) , and almost similar swtching delays.
looks like the C13 variant is a newer production, while the C11 is related to a 2015 datasheet. all numbers are the same.

I have received the parts but i will put all these in the bin!
i have received a stantard speed IRG4PC30S instead of the fast IRG4PC30U.
I think that small signal drivers that i received are fake parts.
Now the only way that i have is to reorder parts from Mouser.
As the ZTX790 is out of stock,can i use the SMD FTX790BTA ,FCX690BTA?

sorry to hear that,; the fast version IGBT is very much needed, don't even try the slow one. can't find the ftx type numbers in the diodes database. fakes again ?
one option to replace the NPN PNP with a sot26 smd from zetex, they have gate drive packages NPN and PNP in one package capable of driving igbt's with 2A peak currents. for example ZXGD3004E6.. made for the heavy lifting..
