thanks, If I use the PeeCeeBee with lower voltage let say. +/- 25v.
does it needs modification to keep a good bias on the drivers?
Thanks
For 25V operation you'll need to replace the two 15K resistors with 12K.

Hi Shaan!! I think next month you have some news from me!!
Now, I've found a problem... in the first page, schematic haven't trimmers...

Hey there franz!
News about what? 😛
The schematic shown in the first page is for the very first PeeCeeBee V1 and it doesn't have any trimmers.
I know, but if someone want to build it, should have the final version (I think!).
Mosfet from Tayda are lost.... next month I must receive another shipment (I hope!)

Hi ShaanThese are the prototypes of the new PeeCeeBee V4.0 for final testing. This is its last experimental phase so schematic is almost finalized. All will be published in a new thread when ready. There may even be a group buy for PCBs (if interest arises). 🙂
Im also interested as Im already a fan of your V3!

You're right. But don't worry the first post has the links and pics for V1.1/V2/V3 right at the beginning. 🙂

Thats strange, few moths ago when I checked Tayda was showing >100,000 in stock for both mosfets..
Had been having a hard time with time. One of the boards gets populated, ready to be tortured.

Looks good eh? 🙂

Nice clean soldering.

what are the advantages of v4 over v3?
thanks

So far the veroboard prototype showed better bass, better thermal performance, better bias stability, better clipping performance, higher slew-rate, lower THD and higher gain allowance.
