As a personal preference I would rather not have to use an adapter plug on a wall-wart. I hate adapters, and they won't let me use it at work with an adapter.
If this is the path you travel, count one out for me and I'll jut buy one from Jaycar.
I'm happy to not worry about the cost of the wallwart and leave the money in the kitty.
I know it sucks - I hate to do it this way which is why I've left this as a last resort. Cheers too. 🙂

Hi Blue Fusion,
Just a note to remind you that the spreadsheet has not been updated to reflect my location or the actual amount I paid.
If it matters.
EFHeath
At this point the public spreadsheet is pretty much redundant - I've got all the details in my SS here and all the info has been checked. The reason there are inaccuracies in the public copy is that I've only been copying details to it individually when I remember to. 🙂

I now also have everybody's addresses - we're just waiting for the stuff to roll in! (and for my paypal account to be un-locked so I can order the batteries.)

Hi willman and bluefusion, I am looking to get one complete set of the amp (parts, PCB, 2 batteries, wallwart, enclosure, front panel and low noise resistors). It seems like bluefusion is able to refund you which is very cool. I reckon I will just pay him and he can refund you?
Do you think it is possible to order a sec on enclosure and front panel ?
How much would it cost ?
Thanks,
D.
Indeed we should, and the sooner the better. I have gotten several addresses and I'm now only missing coolguy, beejones and musical. Thanks everyone!

Willmax - sucks that you can't participate. Once I've ordered the wallwarts I'll see if I have sufficient funds spare to refund your order before a buyer is found - I'm sure there will be one at some point as there seems to be a great deal of interest in this amp.

Hi BlueFusion,
There is a Head-Fi member interested in the kit (see thread here), I've asked him to contact you directly regarding this.
I was wondering if you already have enough buyers interested in additional kits to be able to send me a refund?
Cheers

has anyone contacted the forum about this? as we are to understand his pp account is already frozen (although its a VERY long time to be frozen, this usually only takes a few days to sort out if its a mistake) the continuous delays have become unbelievable and with no update this weekend. in fact there only ever seems to be a post lately when people start talking about contacting their banks and we must remember guys, since most of you are actually in australia, you have the option of the law as well, unlike most international paypal disputes, you have all the options that go with any type of suspected domestic fraud. there is quite a bit of money here

Hi his paypal account was not frozen I raised a dispute for the $190 I paid, the truth is if you raise a dispute in paypal only the disputed amount is frozen,

I did however cancel the dispute several days ago, there has been nothing stopping him getting on with the ordering, frankly I want my money back or I go to the online fraud squad, they are based in Queensland but look after online fraud for the whole of Australia

I sent a PM to one of the Admins here notifying him that the GB seems to have gone off the rails.

I'm sure BF will say that he can't refund because he has ordered so much kit. If that's true, I want to see the order numbers and screenshots of the orders from suppliers. We have all ordered from the big part suppliers and know what an order looks like.

I will settle for nothing less that that as a true indication that he has actually done something other than make vacant promises.

I suggest you all get copies of the spread sheet as proof of payment

I did this weeks ago for exactly this reason.

Has anyone called him?

I may actually be able to allay some of the concerns without waiting for BlueFusion. Since I got the original quote for the enclosures from element14 for whatever reason I got sent a copy of the tax invoice for that order from element14 themselves. I would much rather BF gives an update though.

I have attached a copy of the invoice with the only modification his and my addresses removed.

The other info that I have is that olli1324 told me in a PM that he had:
sent 66 boards to Australia, 37 of which were for BlueFusion himself.
This means that BF has paid olli1324 for the number of boards that were required for the gb.

He did promise after we raised it earlier that he would post order details when he had them, I have no idea why he hasn't.

re-uploading the tax invoice with my name removed from the body of the invoice.
