OK BF, enough is enough.

I just did a quick google search. The fact is BlueFusion has organised a few of these things previously and they've taken a similar path.

This thread is particularly alarming - BlueFusion Resolution Solution - Laser Pointer Forums - Discuss Lasers & Laser Pointers

Question is now: fraud/debt collection agencies suggested earlier OR he posts what parts he has received/orderend along with pcbs and remaining funds to someone else to distribute.

I would be happy to do this distribution if thats the preferred option. I will give everyone involved enough of my personal details up front (before I take any goods/funds) to ensure confidence.

I have sent BlueFusion/Rowan this suggestion in a text message though it's important to chose the resolution with all parties impacted...

I feel mostly for those who simply signed on to the original pcb buy with olli, who aren't in the parts gb and never chose to have BF involved as Australian distributor of pcbs and still have nothing.

In BF's next post I'd like to see 3 things
1. What parts he has NOW (with proof/evidence)
2. WHat parts are in transit (with proof/evidence)
3. What funds are remaining

Also if anyone else is in SA it might be good if it was possible to collect some of our stuff from BF in person? It's a fair hike from Brisbane unfortunately.

that would be me, i decided to opt out if the parts gb, it was already sus then, i had delayed payment and he sent several emails saying i still had time because the parts had not been ordered...still. can't remember the date, but it was a while ago.

so we are to gather this guy is a kid who cruises forums looking for these type of opportunities? i suggest taking swift action, whatever it is do it quickly, if he was going to be the type to refund everyone's money he just wouldn't have done this to begin with. he's had enough time already

its kinda ironic, the whole thing came about to provide a reasonably priced kit as an alternative to what could be framed as snake oil salesman, but here we have someone who just flat-out stole money and delivered nothing and has done it before

Sorry - i'm not avoiding anybody. Anybody who contacts me via sms gets a prompt reply - unfortunately the forum doesn't fit in my pocket.
In order to allay some concerns I've been refunding those who request - this is creating an issue in that it's tapping into the leftover postage money. I hope to recoup these costs by following up on some of the people who have lodged interest in parts.

So - for you all to sleep a little easier tonight, I will post for you all the invoices etc that I have - as well as photos of what I currently have, and info for what's en-route.
Right at present I can give you the tracking number for the Mouser order - 510172116190 - you can punch this into FedEx tracking (it'll just tell you it's in Alexandria) and punch it into Australian Air Express tracking for further details till it gets delivered.
You've seen the invoice from e14 where I got teh enclosures from - that just leaves the batteries, from all-battery on ebay - unfortunately they would only ship via USPS flatrate box but I can find you screenshots of the transaction history if you would like.
I'll go get some pics of what I've got right here - the enclosures and PCBs (and the shipping satchels if you really want).
