So,
here are results, bearing in mind that 9V battery (6F22) is note exactly most stable PSU in the world and 100 Ohm resistor is not exactly 100 Ohm (little bit less).
I have measured voltage across resistor for cca 30 sec, and in ALL cases there was voltage drop from start of measurement to end of specified time.
All measurement was done witihin small time frame, room temperature.
Within expectations, these are not 2SK170BL (they MAY be V grade tough, but not in this world..).
I'll try to find time to play with it, but this was also fun and educative
So, seller will receive negative feedback, for others sake (because I have seen some positive and thrilled reviews of this item).

I brought some 2SJ74 BL 2SK170 BL JFETs for a First Watt M2.
1 match pair of 2SK170 from a seller in France, which has also a web Shop.
1 pair of each 2SJ74 BL and 2SK170 from a seller in China.
and what a surprise, the 170 from france seems clearly to be fake, and the ones from china might be good one, at least they look ok for me !
i have not tested them yet , well first have to check how to do it ;-)
can you guys tell me what you think of them on the pics attached,
the 2 ones toggether are from france, and then the 4 ones from China
