My version of the G = 1000 low noise measurement amp (for Ikoflexer)

Farnel sell the 823arz for £4.31 + vat and no postage if order is >£30 before VAT.
I placed an order yesterday and have another getting ready for the Frex boards.

My Dig-Key order arrived last week.
The new European distribution depot has solved the double tax and handling fees that crippled Mouser and Digikey orders in the past.

mouser doesn't stock the S102, but Digikey does, as stated before, not cheap.

will include part numbers for both vendors.

DHP, well if its the same OHSU, you won't be wearing your summer cloths here, below freezing and snow today.

I feel the S102 might be a little overkill. Had my first trip to Portland this year we were very impressed, I want to try the funky Japanese pub with gore porn on the TV monitors.

If I've drawn this correctly:

Looks right, just double check the polarity of the feedback and don't forget the cap that set's the dominant pole across R5. I think as drawn if the FET has too much Id the gate is raised in voltage which is backwards. Of course standard notation is backwards in the first place so we have a double negative. :)

I think so too, as drawn it's positive feedback.

It also doesn't model the fast-light, slow-quench asymmetry of the photovoltaic magic, but perhaps that's insignificant when C6 is added (usecs versus seconds).
