Two CCCS's, sum the currents, convert to voltage, VCVS unity gain buffer, (R1+D1, R2+D2, C) lowpass filter, VCCS output.

The diode-switched resistors in the LPF, give you the wild asymmetry mentioned in the datasheet: Ton=16usec, Toff=472usec.

mouser doesn't stock the S102, but Digikey does, as stated before, not cheap.

I feel the S102 might be a little overkill. Had my first trip to Portland this year we were very impressed, I want to try the funky Japanese pub with gore porn on the TV monitors.

I had already decided the s102 were too expensive for my pocket money.
I had opted for smd 1206 0.1% 25ppm/C metal film for the 1k & 10k
and 0.5% for the 1r0

Looks right, just double check the polarity of the feedback and don't forget the cap that set's the dominant pole across R5. I think as drawn if the FET has too much Id the gate is raised in voltage which is backwards. Of course standard notation is backwards in the first place so we have a double negative.

I think so too, as drawn it's positive feedback.

It also doesn't model the fast-light, slow-quench asymmetry of the photovoltaic magic, but perhaps that's insignificant when C6 is added (usecs versus seconds).
