My design L20D IRS2092+IRFI4020H 200W8R

I'm planning to use a L15D module for my subwoofer. Is there any modification which can be made to use it as a sub woofer amplifier? Or is it better with the default configuration? Please help

I have one extra l25d and one transformer at +-45dc, wich resistors and values do I have replace for the low voltage transformer to be used?
Will I get more power in 4r with the l15d?
Dont want to buy another board 🙂

The output power of the L15D and L25D at 4 ohms at 45DC rails will be the same .
The resistors you have to replace are described in the iraudamp7 datasheet , but I attached it for your convenience . Go for the 150 one .
See http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/clas...-irs2092-irfi4020h-200w8r-34.html#post2933914 for reference .

Cheers ,

Rens

I'm certainly not naive to believe there are no fake components being used on all matter of boards from Asia or other places. But why would someone go to all the trouble of producing a super quality board and then place second rate, or inferior components on it? Profit you say...

Even in China it's in no ones best interest to build inferior parts just to save a couple nickels. We're living in the internet age where information travels in milliseconds not weeks. Word gets around real fast about bad products - and good. If these caps were know to cause fires - even anecdotally - the manufacturers reputation would be at risk and board makers would find other suppliers - real fast.

But I'll take you at your word and the next time I order any e-caps I'll order an extra one for purposes of destroying it just to identify the real manufacturer. 😱 Can you post a picture of one with the top removed revealing the manufacturers name?

In China there are a lot of, not real capacitance.
Is everybody say. Counterfeit products.
You can watch the capacitance plastic leather. Can have obvious fakes, a crack.

I am capacitance experts. I can judge for 100% with pictures of true and false of the capacitance.

Any questions about this, you can mail to me.
ljm_ljm@foxmail.com

In addition. At present I haven't even 10000 UF capacitance.

For now, I only have this kind of rectifier circuit, is suitable for L20D L25D

It's not large capacity electrolytic capacitor.

Is composed of many small capacitance in parallel. 75V220UF rubycon YXF *68PCS

I won't let any counterfeit capacitance in the my products.

But I can't stop sold fake electronic components.

Hello To all, I bought and built two boards.
I also bought a power supply and I'm in the testing phase.

I'm quite sure that the PCB are OK but they do not work.
The blue led is off and, now, I have doubts on the power supply.
Here a picture of the connections, do you see any problem ?

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

I've regulated the VDC to 68v.

Any help is appreciated.

Cheers, RA

You'll need DUAL rail supply + and - 60V !! AND 0 Volts
Your supply is only positive +60V
Buy a second one and you'll be alright if you connect them in series and use the serial connection as 0 V but better buy a dual rail +/- 60V supply something like this Connexelectronic
