My class D amp

I want to build class D amplifier, the power output is arround 500W @4ohm. Have you got schematic or reference design for it?.. Please help.

my supply voltage in this amp is + - 35 VDC
can i drive a relay with S output pin ?
my relay is like AUD600 power section relay
it must protect in 3A and when the out put is shorted
which one off resistors must be change ?

Hi Manoj!

does this applies to AUD600?

You have mentioned T106-2 iron powder, I have them and I wanted them to be of use on AUD600, but before that....a few question here..🙂

Can I power this amp using a lowly -/+35vdc? Was there a needed adjustment on the circuit?
Can I also use an external 12vdc bias circuit? (not the one on your psu board)
Please guide.

Revised PCB for AUD600 Ver1.0

Hi Manoj:

I have revised a PCB design of AUD600 ver1.0. In this pcb heatsink will be placed on top of board and few more caps to eliminate EMI/noise.

Please let me know improvement areas.

Good design. use 18A(6mm) carrying HV track OR 4mm with lead coat.

and if you use AUD600 in bridge mode its give amazing power supply rail -/+73V

This is the best core suited for AUD600
