There is a snap-in F&T that I got in many pins, some are NC for stability, that has no back screw. Same internals I presume.
It could start with this transformer. Simply rectified it has too much voltage. We can drop the voltage in resistors or we can use coils. One transformer is enough for both channels but 2 can be used for double mono.Transformateur R-CORE à fixation sur châssis 30VA - 2 x 24V - Transformateurs R-CORE pour châssis
Very good and inexpensive... I use the same.
This rectifier diode is hopelessly over dimensioned but hyperfast and soft recovery.
Other like Fairchild make similar products.http://www.hifituning24.de//downloads/hfa08tb60.pdf
My first choice for rectifiers also
I would vote for a passive solution with coils.
Yes, passive is the way to go IMO gyrators can kill dynamics if not perfectly dimensioned.
I am collecting parts for my R3 build... Does anybody know about these caps ? https://www.distrelec.ch/ishop/Datasheets/jiEMZ-B33063B_de.pdf
Are they ok for the riaa filter ?
Are they ok for the riaa filter ?
Nice to know that... I need those exactly for that purpose. Those were the ones we used in the OLD LA-Audio days for the Riaa filters...
PS: Did you receive my PM ?
Then they must be good. Still have around an LA Audio tube power amp that sounds decent considering that it is 20 years old. I always come back to it for reality check.
Will MJE 15032/33 be ok as the powertransistors in the Paradise?🙂
Would be nice, since i have a good handfull of those in stock.

Base, Emitter and Collector should come out of the correct pin. I know, this is pathetic but Japanese transistors often have another Pin Out. On Semi uses the European system i think.
They are On Semi, and they are BCE like tip31, so the pinout is ok. It was more the other specs i was unshure of🙂
I have another question. What if the chokes are connected on the primary of the transformers instead of the secondarys. Wont it have the same efect on RF filtering?
I have shown a circuit how to connect the Telamas correctly.
As ripple filters after the bridges they are more or less useless.

You can find the circuit in post 7192. They belong behind the transformer and before the bridges.
