The scale is 2db on the fr graph.
The windowing info on the waterfall is in the upper right hand corner of the graph. I won’t be listening until I get the other speaker up and running, the problem which is described in a previous comment.
The FR smoothing is 1/3 octave

wow !
here's an older digital recording to test your speakers (one of my favorite for music alone) there is decent dynamic range
That Old Feeling - Jack Sheldon Septet - YouTube
FWIW - a review on a retro set of Sonor drums - pretty good mic mixing - not sure how much dynamic range
Sonor Vintage Series Shell Pack - Drummer's Review - YouTube

Thank you for getting me those. They'll be the first tracks I listen to when both channels are up and running. I used the single speaker for watching "The Queens gambit" on Netflix. The dialog was extraordinarily clear and the soundtrack sounded superb.
here's a couple of tracks by Steve Clarke which may be fun for you. He has an album called "Solo Drums" with two cuts - each around 18 minutes

this tribute to "Lemmy" sounds pretty good on my cheap but cheerful One Odio headphones

I can only really recommend triveni by Rodrigo and Gabriela from their live in France CD, but also the sound of applause, or a cello sound quite different without box vibrations. Generally everything should sound cleaner, and music more expressive. Once you've got used to them I wonder if you'll be able to listen to anything else. Nice to see them finished.

Distortion measurements need to be taken within the context of the testing conditions, but check out this scanspeak tweeter distortion at 2khz compared to above, which is also very low. Of course, the 8th order crossover at 2khz has something to do with it, but still.

that is crazy low distortion - what displacement or xmax figure does that tweeter possess ?
fwiw I measured distortion of a CTS KSN1016 piezo at ~1/4 of one percent at 5KHz at 103dB/1M

Well, I didn’t actually perform that distortion measurement in a textbook fashion. The following one is. First thing was to measure tweeter pink noise at 90db/1meter, and using that setting, doing the sweep at 10”. That’s why it’s 105db at 2khz. Doing it this way lowers the noise floor of the measurement. Anyway, sorry for the confusion. Oh yes, and don’t forget that this is with a 48db per octave crossover point at 2khz

I mentioned that particular track because at two minutes 30 seconds in there's some very rapid tapping on the body of a guitar that most speakers ( I'm guessing ) would mask; it's not my favourite track by them, that would be either one, or Orion. What I enjoy about them is that they show the beauty of the original, but turn it into something totally different. Good test for speakers as well.I love Rodrigo and Gabriela. I’ll check that out too😊
My original high pass crossover point choice of 500hz seems to sound better than 200hz though I'm still only listening to just one speaker. Is the CLD baffle doing too good a job under that point? The leading edge of bass transients seem to be getting affected(dulled), which would make sense.

Perhaps a single driver that small isn't enough to go lower than 500hz, when you try them both they'll reach 200hz. I think it's very hard to hear bass so the overtones of the bass are much more noticeable; it's also possible that the bass we " hear " is due to the Doppler effect on the higher frequencies, so better high frequencies equate to better bass, although this is just a guess.

This is my dream speaker. It has a 4" mid that operates from 500hz to 2khz.

This is the top speaker from Paul Barton. It also uses a 4" mid from 500 to 2khz

Maybe it's not ideal to have the volume stuffed completely with felt (if I remember correctly)? Comparisons others have done show that damping "too much" reduces spl at the lower range of the spectrum (typically in a bass cabinet; but in principle that applies to the lower midrange as well).
Which may imply that the driver has to work against some sort of "flow resistance" at those frequencies - probably formed by the very dense stuffing inside ...
