so , consider them gorgeously sounding
ZD101 , besides being protection gate zener for small mosfet, in same time being modulation limiter ....... preventing same gate of flying much above rail
same applies to ZD105, in other direction

I have ordered here: 10PCS NEW LU1014D LU1014 N- Mosfet Transistor | eBay, but they'll not show up before a long time probably, so I can't tell if they are genuine, nor if 10 are sufficient for a matched pair.
