Hi Friends, Designing the LM3886 in DipTrace, i will share the file soon. it may help others also, who like to do a PCB orders on Online
Hello NandhakumarV
Is it possible to save the file as a JPEB from that Program?
Cheers
yes we can, also we can have multiple copies in Single PCB, so that we can reduce PCB cost..

I am not expert, but...
Your traces are too thin, especially the V+,V- , Out , ground.
Have fun

It's not for etching its for PCB ordering
Friends, i will upload diptrace file. I have just uploaded the design exported from diptrace. There the traces are big only. If I make it bigger then it won't give proper look. That's why
I concur, it will be difficult to do home made PCB with those tracks. Make them much wider.

I've built this pair of Gainclones. Just waiting for the transformer in order to start the tests. It was very challenging to me. I din't have a Dremmel, so I fixed the driller into a stand and handled the PCB to drill it using mini drills. Also I found the trails and Isles very near each other. Very affraid to short circuit them when soldering.

LM3886 🙂
What is the configuration of your transformer. How much it costs. I have the gerber files, if you like then you can use it, bit big compare to APEX version. 75mm x 35mm but the Same design.

Nandhakumar

Yes, I would like the gerber files, but I don't have any app to open it. Can you suggest one for Mac and/or for Windows?

You can try to view from online gerber viewer.
Special Thanks to Mile and Prasi and Other Friends
Hi Mile / Prasi and Other Friends,
With a great pleasure, i like to inform you that both Gainclone and Super Gainclone are working fine. Finally, i am going to use Super Gainclone for 7.1 amp. with 500w subwoofer.
But as i have designed using diptrace size become bit big(i am a newbie). 68mm x 31mm it become.
Is there any option to bridge/parallel these boards to get 100w RMS ?.
Thanks and Regards,
