Just want to make sure I understand wiring a balanced board for a SE output. Is the attached wiring configuration correct? + and GND go to center of RCA jack and - goes to RCA tab?

If it weren't for the board stretcher in my shop, all I would have is scrap.
Just so you guys can get an idea of what is next for this Iron Pre build, I may well be using this wood for a front panel, and a couple more places. It is about 1" thick, 3 1/2" wide, and there is a piece that is 19" long, and quite dense and very hard. Have no idea what it is. Just something that I dug out of the woodpile.
