ya know, I don't have fancy carousel but - more importantly - I hate bent part pins - decades of service work - removing those is yuck
that's why using carousel is not my thing
so, my procedure is to populate few positions, flip pcb face down, solder, cut, repeat

I had signed showing interest in this kit and have been following this thread. I don't know where I missed it, but I have no idea about the cost of SE & Bal versions and how to order. Thanks.

I believe the final pricing for kits is $130 for SE and $150 for Balanced. Someone that has already made their purchase can confirm.
Once the first round of builders reports back that there are no issues, the store will be going down the remainder of the 'interest' list in order and offering the opportunity to buy.
In the event that you were not high enough on the list for the first round of kits, (I don't have the list available to me at the moment) the kits will be in the store for regular purchase sometime later on in the year. So, no need to worry, you'll be able to get one, or two, or three... 🙂

All early builders - quick confirmation please. I'm away and can't get to a set of boards / renderings.
Would one or two of you double / triple check the lead spacings for C5 / C6 with a continuity check / ruler, please. Post results here. I know some folks have already started ordering parts. I'd hate for anyone to need to place another order for just these if I goofed.

If you're referring to the BoMs, they were never in post #1. If you meant another 'list', please let me know. I can likely find what you're looking for.
See posts #61 and #321 for relevant files. Note last few posts for updates C5 and C6 sizing not included in previous BoMs. Oops on me.

I may have to order new caps for C5 / C6 as the ones I ordered have 10mm lead spacing. I do have some higher voltage 1uF caps for another project that I am considering using (will still have to order replacements).

Thank you! I was referring to the "interest" list.
I thought I saw it on post #1 before but maybe I am mistaken. I do remember that I answered the queries (email, interest, no. of unit willing to buy, etc.) before. I was asking if a list exist to show where exactly are we (those waiting for the notification from the store)in the queue.
