My first wife I got rid of very quickly she made the mistake of putting her family in front of our 3 children. To get rid of her I gave her a 15 bedrooms 4 car garage,,plus a 3 bedroom condo with terrance and alot of cash..I believe tyhe cash did the trick all I wanted was my kids..Now I.m with my second wife who.s 20 years younger than me and I couldn,t be happier. My advise is take the easy way out,,don,t fight for the house or condo only fight for your kids..You,ll be happier.. Evette
one thing I've noted in break-ups - although the parties involved don't want each other, they often don't want to share the unwanted other with others and are often vindictively jealous in this hypocritical state to the point of violence, or threatening to prevent custody of children - so dating may be a bit sticky during these transitions.

Make it mutual, cut those allegations by consent of both. Then, make it ex-party, if such a thing exists there.

No, the mediator was actually very neutral and did a good job. Then again, my attorney picked the mediator.
Bottom line is laws vary from county to county, state to state and country to country.
Get an attorney is #1 requirement as only they know the law as it applies wher you live.
