So, YWH only sell the internal bulb without the reflector as shown in the picture I posted? I don't understand how they are installed then. Do you have to split the front part of the reflector(glass) and somehow remove and replace just the bulb?

I think he's referring to the reflector unit - it's quite a bit larger than just the replacement lamp and is more expensive to ship.

If you only want the lamp, then it is $5 USD to ship since it is a much smaller and lighter item. With a reflector, it will be more expensive
