Hello yuw, problom with my 270w bsm-dc burner

Hello yuw,

I have received my 270w bsm-dc burner and cannot get it to start. I have tried plugging it into both my SharpVision XV-Z10000U and my XV-Z12000U projector nether will light the lamp.

To further test my projector I have installed a old lamp and it starts no problem.

If you can tell my how many DC volts are to be used with the burner, possibility I can test the burner with an external DC power source.

all of burner had been tested before it out factory, the wire had been burned.
some ballast of SHP are low volts start , can not start in 110v .
the operating VOLTS is 75v, start volts is 15 kv
